Calendar of Events:

Plan to attend Welcome coffee with Preschool Director, Margaret Waterbury, either Tuesday, September 7th or Wednesday, September 8th 9:30 ish in the Quillian Room for discussions on preschool & kindergarten curriculum, potty training, friendships and social development, separation anxiety, and tips about what you can do to help your child get the most out of his/her preschool experience.

Friday, September 17th: Ice Cream social on the playground at pick up

Thursday, October 7th: Fall PotLuck on the preschool playground–details TBA

Monday-Friday, October 4th-8th: Scholastic Book Sale

Friday, October 22nd: School Closed–school wide Parent Conferences

Wednesday & Thursday, October 27th & 28th: Fellini Pizza Day!

An Immunization form is required to be on file for each child. These forms expire frequently and have an expiration date on them.  Always update this form when visiting your child’s pediatrician.  They can be faxed to our office at 404-373-3334 or dropped off to our office.

Class Room Substitute: Please email Linda at lgreen@dhump.org if you would like to get on our substitute list.  We will credit your DHUMP account $25.  Please specify which days you are available (MWF or T/Th…etc) & the best phone number to reach you.  The is a great way for parents to learn first-hand how the school really operates during the day.

Thank you, thank you, for a wonderful Teacher Appreciation Party.  The delicious food, the awesome company, the beautiful location and special thanks to the wonderful Cathy Ferguson and her top notch crew of volunteers who helped set up, clean up, sent out beautiful invitations (Kelly Brooks) and watched the teacher’s children (& more) at the preschool.   Thank you!
